Why am I being asked to verify my account?
Almost all customers will need to be verified at some stage while using BlackCart. This helps us protect our partnered retailers from unintentional exposure and to mitigate risk of abuse for our service.
Typically, verification is quick and simple, and will involve providing documents to support your address and/or identity. If you've received a notice to verify your account, follow the steps outlined in the email to get verified.
