What happens if my payment is declined?

Whenever your payment is declined, we will immediately email you to let you know. Often times, this may be because your credit card had recently expired, due to a payment authorization failure, or your card is no longer valid.

It's very important that your payment method is updated as soon as possible, as late fees may be applied to your account, and it may negatively impact your credit score.

If we are still unable to process your payment owed, we may pass along investigation to local authorities, defer to a third-party collections agency, and inform the relevant credit bureaus as required by law.
